Shipping & Refunds
If you’re here then you must have seen something you like. Splendid! We are so sure the person getting the self care package you’re about to send will be thrilled that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, aka the Karma Promise, on all self care packages we sell.
The thought of unhappy customers keeps us up at night (seriously!), so email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us (475-328-0169), and we’ll do our best to make things right.
You will never pay extra shipping on Self Care Packages shipped by Standard Shipping within the USA. All shipping costs have been figured into the cost of the product – so you know exactly what you’ll pay before you get to the checkout.
We ship anywhere USPS delivers. What if my friends and family are in another country, you ask? Well, if you are shipping a care package outside of the USA, your shipping fee is only US$35. Taxes, tariffs, and customs fees are not included and the responsibility of the recipient.
Our Self Care Packages are shipped through USPS Priority Mail, which usually arrives at its destination in 2-3 business days. Tracking information and a photo of your self care package will be delivered to your email once your gift ships. We all like to know what our gifts look like before we send them, right?!
If you need your gift delivered sooner, we offer Expedited Shipping for an additional $18. Expedited packages are ship through USPS Priority Express, which usually arrives at its destination in 1 business day.
Invoices and/or prices are never included in our self care packages, so you never have to worry about the price tag faux pas! You can, of course, add a message to your greeting card or keep your gift anonymous.
Cancellations & Returns
First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means, we owe you a big “Thank you!” Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy KfH customers, and as such we promise to do our best to deliver amazing products and customer service, and rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know:
- You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.
- Because of the nature of our products, freshly made, customized self care products, we cannot accept returns of any kind. But we understand $#!+ happens…
- We know gift giving is tricky! If you (or the recipient) are unhappy with your purchase – for any reason – within the first 30 days after receipt, we will refund the cost of your purchase as a store credit. No need to return anything!
- We double (and triple) check all of our orders before they are shipped, but we are all human. If we made a mistake on our end, with the products, the packaging, the flare, the shipping, or something else, please reach out to us immediately by email (email@example.com) or phone (475-328-0169) so we can make it right with a new Self Care Package!
We want to make your experience with us the best it possibly can be, and we’re happy to help in any way we can, including providing refunds when they’re due.
