Karma for Health was Specifically Designed for YOU (and here’s why)

We are all so busy these days. So many places to go, people to see, and things to do. Slaves to our technology and to-do lists. Tired, stressed, and overstimulated, we need to start switching things up before it catches up with us.

I am fed up with looking around and seeing all of the tired, overworked women out there struggling to balance the plethora of hats they wear each day, without considering themselves in the equation. So many people are struggling with self-love right now, and there just hasn’t been a reliable resource created to help them find self-care, and a balance, in their busy lives.

So I decided to build it. Let me explain the what’s, why’s, and how’s right now.

KfH was Designed for Busy Women Looking for Balance in an Unbalanced World

It’s crazy out there! We are all running through life like half-crazed zombies, trying to do it all and be it all. Women, especially, tend to pour from a half (or less) full cup. We wear all of our hats proudly. We brag to our friends and family about all the great things we have done –

“I finished that project for my boss.” (So they can look great in front of their investors)

“I planned a birthday party for my toddler.” (Spending hours making decorations and food)

“I cooked dinner for my extended family.” (Because they showed up unexpectedly on a Wednesday)

– and so on and so on. We do all of these things because we love the people around us, but we forget about the love we have for ourselves. That’s where Karma for Health comes in – we will show you that self-care is self-love.

Who Are You?

You are a busy woman. You wear many hats and love to care for your friends and family around you – but you probably don’t take the time you need to care for yourself. You are tired. You are stressed. You are overworked and overstimulated. You need to love yourself as much as you love those around you. You need to practice self-care for self-love. Karma for Health can help!

With the desire to give your loved ones the best, you probably also look for healthy products and practices. You love to DIY and give homemade, thoughtful gifts to everyone, everywhere.

Why Do We Want to Help?

We want to help you because we have been there, forgetting to love ourselves as much as we love those around us. We struggled with being tired, stressed, and overstimulated – until we discovered self-care. Taking time for yourself to refresh and recharge is NOT selfish – it’s self-love. No one can pour from an empty cup. We have to fill our own cup first, then we can help others with the overflow.

We also want to help you because our society, as a whole, needs to heal and that starts with the individual. Karma for Health spreads the word about self-care so that you can heal. Karma for Health stresses the importance of self-love so that you can smile again. One more less-tired, less-stressed, less-overstimulated person in the world. One more smile on the streets. Consider this our Random Act of Kindness. Please pass it on!

How Can We Help You?

By sharing our experiences, Karma for Health is here to impart some self-love knowledge on you. Our logo says, “Learn – Live – Share” and that goes for all of us. Everyday we learn new things and put them into practice in our lives. Karma for Health takes that one step further and asks you to share those experiences. Maybe what we learned can help you on your journey. Maybe what you learn today can help someone else on their journey.

I have done the research and tested the theories, so I can share these experiences with you. Over the past 15 years, I have been looking for better ways to care for myself and my family. As a certified pharmacy technician and herbalist-in-training, I have been able to combine the best of both worlds – natural and manmade – to find some pretty great solutions that I’m itching to share. Here are some of the topics on my “to-share” list:

  • Friendly, conversational style advice about self-care
  • Real-life applications for scientific study outcomes
  • Lifestyle changes for self-care and self-love
  • Recommendations for herbs, essential oils, and other fun things
  • Self-care product “use or lose” reviews
  • Self-care product recipes and DIYs

Karma for Health has been created for you. It’s a place to learn about what worked for me and to share what worked for you. My hope is that Karma for Health becomes the go-to for self-care. Learn, Live, Share. By helping each other, we can all learn and thrive.
