INGREDIENTS:

TEA BAGS
Natural wood pulp filter paper, unbleached, burlywood color, processed by UV sterilization and infrared drying.

LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL
Lavender is often considered a must-have oil to keep on hand at all times due to its versatile uses, including calming and relaxing properties that promote peaceful sleep and ease feelings of tension.

PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL
The peppermint plant is a hybrid of watermint and spearmint and was first described by Carl Linneaus in 1753. Frequently used in toothpaste and chewing gum for oral hygiene, Peppermint also helps provide a refreshing pick-me-up when feeling sluggish.

ARROW ROOT POWDER
Arrow root contains potassium which is an essential component in the body. If you happen to visit South America, you will find people using arrow root powder as a natural baby powder as it gives a smooth and shiny feel to the skin instantly.
